At ChronoStreet, we take pride in delivering meticulous craftsmanship and premium care for every timepiece we service. To reflect our confidence in our work, we offer a 2-Year Warranty on all watches that undergo complete servicing at our center.

What’s Covered

• The 2-Year Warranty applies exclusively to watches that have received a full service from ChronoStreet.
• This warranty covers any functional defects directly related to the service work we performed.

What’s Not Covered

Watches that were brought in only for the following are not covered under the warranty:

• Polishing
• Battery replacement
• Minor repairs
•  

The warranty is void if the watch sustains any of the following:

• Water damage
• Physical damage caused by user mishandling
• Damage due to unauthorized repairs or interventions

Our Right to Revoke Warranty

ChronoStreet reserves the right to revoke or deny warranty coverage at our sole discretion if we find misuse, tampering, or any other conditions that fall outside the intended scope of our warranty.
